Policies

Please read before making a booking:

The facilities and equipment at LSA are available by ADVANCE BOOKING ONLY.

Equipment booking must be made 3 working days in advance on Connect 2. We advise 5 working days in case of technical issues with the booking process.
All bookings require health and safety confirmation, otherwise the equipment cannot be released.
If you are booking equipment for activity that is not part of a University module, you must fill out the EXTERNAL PROJECT REQUEST FORM 2 weeks in advance to get approval. You can find this form in the Production Handbook.

When arriving for any booked activity or kit booking, please bear in mind there may be a wait during busy periods. Please stick to the collection and drop-off times.
